Yes, for the majority of dairy farmers calving is over and herds are reaching their peak production, if they have not already. It is always a challenge to keep them peaking high. 

Mating is well underway for all now and we are finding that many farmers are happy with the numbers they are putting up daily, which is pleasing as the spring was not the best on record.

It is a question we get asked daily, what is the value of my stock? To answer this question, we require more information than a phone call. We need paperwork with the records, history of the stock and a viewing. Once we have all this information, we can give you an estimated value, but as you know the market is always on the move. We do our best to value stock to sell for you.
